It happened aboard a Qatar Airways flight on Sunday after the plane was hit with turbulence on its way to Dublin, airport officials announced.

The flight from Doha landed at Dublin and was met by emergency services.

Dublin Airport posted on X that six passengers and six crew members were injured.

Eight of the twelve injured were taken to hospital.
