Dusit unveils first two Japan hotels
Thailand’s Dusit Hotels and Resorts officially marked its upcoming debut with an exclusive preview of its first two Japan hotels.
ASAI Kyoto Shijo and Dusit Thani Kyoto are set to open in June and September.
Dusit Thani Kyoto opens in September in the city’s Hanganji Monzen-machi district near Kyoto Station.
It features 150 guest rooms, large event spaces, a fitness centre, and a signature Devarana Wellness centre.
It houses a speciality Teppanyaki restaurant, a social club, and a tea shop.
ASAI Kyoto Shijo, which will open ahead of Dusit Thani Kyoto in June.
Under Dusit’s lifestyle brand, ASAI Hotels, the new 114-key hotel is located in Shijo-Karasuma, near the famous Nishiki Market.
The Japan hotel will offer a cosy Thai inspired dining room.
“We eagerly await this exciting new chapter for our hotel business,” said Suphajee Suthumpun, Group CEO.
Dusit’s property portfolio currently spans 16 countries under six distinct brands.
More than 60 Dusit Hotels and Resorts are in the pipeline worldwide.
