Traveloka, one of Indonesia’s fastest growing online travel agents is the latest to adopt the payment and fraud preventative solutions of Visa Inc-owned Cybersource.

Traveloka will integrate CyberSource’s e-commerce payment services to process web and mobile transactions which includes secure payment tokenization as an extra layer of security.

Additionally CyberSource Decision Manager will be deployed in the system which the company claims is the world’s largest fraud detection radar.

"As a leader in an emerging online travel market such as Indonesia, we believe that delivering a top-notch, end-to-end experience to our customers is instrumental to our growth. Our customer’s payment journey is a key component of this experience and we are delighted to partner with CyberSource," said Samsu Sempena, Traveloka head of commerce.

"CyberSource solutions will enable us to deliver a faster and more convenient booking experience for our customers securely, especially with the TravelokaQuick feature on our mobile app and web channel."

Jakarta based Traveloka established in 2012 and offers online booking for flights and hotels with the largest market share in the domestic market.
