Ihab Zaghloul, Vice President, Commerce Development, Middle East and Levant , MasterCard Worldwide said “As a key sponsor of the Dubai Summer Surprises, MasterCard Worldwide is delighted to be working closely with other DSS sponsors such as Emirates to offer exciting benefits to visitors and shoppers during this peak travel season. Our support towards this event provides us a valuable platform to continuously offer our cardholders additional value-added benefits when they use their MasterCard debit or credit card while enjoying this exciting summer.”

Visitor figures over the years prove that DSS is growing in popularity year on year. Shopping promotions are still a major attraction with most malls offering the chance to win attractive prizes.

Emirates flies to 99 destinations in 62 countries and is promoting DSS worldwide with a full-scale PR and advertising campaign.
