Ethiopian Airlines adds Gatwick flights
Ethiopian Airlines has recently begun flying from London Gatwick.
The new Gatwick flights to Addis Ababa will operate three times weakly on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
The route utilizes Airbus A350 aircraft with Business and Economy service.
The Gatwick flights join the established daily service from London Heathrow T2 to Addis Ababa.
Ethiopian also flies five times a week from Manchester to Addis Ababa, connecting to over 60 African destinations and to the Far East & Asia.
Ethiopian Airlines Group CEO Mesfin Tasew said, “We are excited to add Gatwick to our vast global network.”
Stephanie Wear, VP Aviation Development, London Gatwick said: “As the largest carrier in Africa, this is an excellent addition to our network and adds a valuable, direct connection to Eastern Africa.”
