Etihad Guest, Pointspay expand loyalty options
Loyalty programme Etihad Guest has extended its partnership with Pointspay.
They have teamed up to roll out a new solution broadening spending options for members.
It introduces the ability for members to earn and redeem Etihad Guest miles via online retailers
Mark Potter, Managing Director, Etihad Guest, said: “We’re constantly evolving our programme to offer a more rewarding experience. We’re pleased to be partnering with Pointspay on this new payment solution.”
Dominic Hofer, CEO of Pointspay, added: “We are thrilled to extend our long-term partnership with Etihad Guest and launch our new white label solution.”
They say the new partnership is a powerful tool for retailers to engage with millions of members, supported by omnichannel marketing and advertising opportunities.
