Eurotunnel chief quits
The chief executve of beleagured Eurotunnel has announced his resignaton.
Jean-Louis Raymond quit today and his resignation will take effect from the end of a board meeting on Monday.
He will remain on the board of the loss-making channel tunnel company as a non-executive director.
A Eurotunnel statement said the board will “take the necessary decisions” at Monday’s meeting following his decision to step down.
