Exciting Complete Cruise Solution Training Progamme starts this week
A national series of training seminars by the Complete Cruise Solution will kick off its this week, showcasing exciting news and initiatives for travel agents to prepare them ahead of what will probably be Australia’s biggest cruising year ever – 2007.
The seminars will provide agents with all the latest information on P&O Cruises Australia, P&O Cruises World Voyages, Princess Cruises, Cunard, Seabourn and Costa, as well as offering a preview of the year ahead.
Complete Cruise Solution Vice President Sales John Molinaro said. “2007 will be the biggest year ever for the Australian cruise industry with the arrival of Australia’s first superliner, Pacific Dawn, creating a three-ship fleet for P&O Cruises and giving passengers even more choice in itineraries and destinations,”
He added, “The year will start with a momentous occasion in the historic meeting of Cunard’s Queen Mary 2 and Queen Elizabeth 2 in Sydney in February in addition to welcoming the arrival of the superb superliner Sun Princess for a six-month Australian season in November.
“We have a host of new announcements for agents, including details about P&O Cruises’ return to Asia with Pacific Star in 2008, the introduction of ‘Your Choice Cruising’ – a ground-breaking concept for Pacific Dawn – and celebrations to mark P&O Cruises’ 75th Anniversary next year.
Mr Molinaro added, “Now is the time for agents to get up-to-date with all the latest news in the cruise industry and these CCS seminars will be their one-stop-shop for all the information they need”.
The sessions also offer updates on Cunard trans-Atlantic and world voyage programs, in addition to Princess’ Europe programs, the latest Seabourn itineraries, an overview of P&O UK World Voyages and details of new itineraries including Costa’s voyages from Dubai and Asia.
The Complete Cruise Solution seminar series will run from October 5 to November 3, targeting more than 2800 travel agents in more than 60 cities and towns throughout Australia and has been endorsed by the International Cruise Council Australasia (ICCA), with those attending earning five points toward their ICCA Agent Accreditation.
Complete Cruise Solution provides agent information, training and support for six key cruise brands: P&O Cruises Australia, P&O Cruises World Voyages, Princess Cruises, Cunard, Seabourn and Costa Cruises.
