Expense claims reduced from $75 to $8

Necho Systems Corp.’s alliance with FEXCO VAT Refunds Unlimited means it can offer corporate customers an end-to-end outsourced solution for expense management and VAT recovery.

The company says the combined solution enables organizations to reduce processing costs from as much as $75 per expense claim to as little as $8 a claim. The system accomplishes this by eliminating the traditional, paper-based method of handling expense claims, according to Necho.

Necho says other savings are achieved by the uniform enforcement of spending policies and reports.

FEXCO VAT Refunds,a  global specialist in the reclamation of business travel VAT, says it is now offering its services to corporate customers both in North America and Europe.

Necho Systems Corp. is a company that provides employee expense management solutions.

Strong synergies exist between FEXCO and Necho because both companies sell to the same decision makers in the corporate market  —  finance managers and travel managers.
