Fancy a Frenchman for your operation?
Julien Scholivet, a 3rd year student in Tourism and New Information Technologies at the University of Foix in France wrote to The Mole over Christmas asking if The Mole knew of anyone who would be interested in taking him on for a four month industry training period from May 2008.
He told The Mole, “I focus on the relevance of using the New Information Technologies and web 2.0 tools to improve sustainable tourism development and work experience in an organization in Australia would give me an accurate approach of the sustainable tourism market in Australia”.
He adds, “This would enable me to compare the main features in both countries and make the most of my stay for my host in Australia.”
He also said that the stay would give him the opportunity to improve his English skills and that he has worked in a variety of position that have been created which has developed his sense of initiative and responsibilities.
He said that he has also enjoyed working in a group and if any Australian companies found his skills and experience meet their requirement, he would be delighted to help the organization in its development.
Julien is available for a phone interview at your convenience and to contact him, email him at [email protected]
Julien can also send you his resume to consider and asked me to add that while he is happy to pay for his flights and accommodation and also not get paid, some allowance to cover his living costs would be greatly appreciated!
