FCO warns of road blockages en route to Greek ports and airports
Access to ports and airports in Greece is being disrupted as farmers use tractors to block key roads across the country.
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office has warned visitors of the traffic disruption on a number of major roads, including on the Athens to Thessaloniki national road, the Patras to Korinthos highway and at some entrance/exit junctions on the Attiki Odos.
Farmers protesting against planned increases in taxes and pension contributions clashed with riot police on Friday after three weeks of nationwide protests.
