First all-inclusive property in St. Thomas
The Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort & Spa, which will become St. Thomas’ only all-inclusive resort beginning July 1, is welcoming agents for a sneak peek with a discounted rate of USD$99 per night (per person, double occupancy).
Starting June 15 to Sept. 20, the rate is $125 per night.
“The all-inclusive experience includes unlimited food and beverages, entertainment, half-day access to the supervised Kid’s Club, and a comprehensive activities program featuring snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, scuba instruction, miniature golf and family movie nights,” says the hotel
The resort’s new all-inclusive-only status kicks off with an All-Inclusive Launch Sale with rates starting at $253 per night (double occupancy) for travel June 1 – August 22, of this year (60 percent off regular rates), There is also a family special featuring 50 percent off a second room to accommodate up to four children.
The resort’s amenities include a secluded beach, six restaurants and lounges, the award-winning Journey’s Spa, three lagoon-style interconnecting pools and beach water sports.
There are also catamaran cruises, scuba diving, fitness center, tennis and basket ball courts, kids club, bumper boats, miniature golf, the Ocean Club Gaming Center, and more than 20,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor function and event space.
As an added bonus, passports are not required for US citizens who visit the US Virgin Islands, making travel to St. Thomas easier than to other Caribbean destinations, according to Wyndham.
