Florida braced for further tornadoes
Florida is expected to be hit by a tropical storm that could bring up to 12 inches of rain over the next two days.
Tropical Storm Derby is hovering over the Gulf of Mexico and moving northeast at 2mph, said CNN, and could produce more tornadoes across Florida.
A storm warning is in effect for the Gulf coast from Mexico Beach to Englewood.
The storm has already claimed one life in Venus, Florida, about 100 miles southeast of Tampa, when a woman died while trying to shelter her three-year-old daughter during a tornado.
