There have been staycations and babymoons but American Express has identified a new travel trend: “engagementcations.”
But what is that?
Their definition:
"Trips dedicated to marriage proposals."
American Express travel specialists say in a press release that the most requested amenity for romance travel isn’t Champagne, or rose petals to sprinkle in the bath or on the bed, but rather location recommendations for marriage proposals.
