Former TUI director joins Monarch Airlines
Monarch Airlines has made three new senior appointments, including former TUI Travel customer services head Tim Williamson who will join the carrier on July 1 as director of customer experience and marketing.
Marisa Blasco, currently pricing and yield management director for Hertz, will join as director of revenue management and network development.
Adrian Tighe, currently MD of Transport and Borders, which provides outsourcing services to clients including British Airways and Virgin Atlantic, will join as director of commercial partnerships and business development.
Tighe previously spent 18 years at British Airways where he latterly co-chair of its joint ventures with Qantas and Iberia.
Monarch said the new organizational structure would "accelerate the development of the business".
