Four Seasons to debut in New Orleans
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts will plant its flag in New Orleans.
Its first hotel and branded residences in the Big Easy is expected to open in late 2020, featuring 341 guestrooms and 92 residences.
In association with Carpenter & Co. and Woodward Interests, the property is housed in the former World Trade Center and within view of the Mississippi.
It is also situated within easy reach of the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and the French Quarter.
It features four F&B outlets, retail, a spa, rooftop pool and meeting space.
Carpenter & Co also partnered with Four Seasons for a new hotel in Boston.
"New Orleans has been a priority market for us for many years and we have been waiting for the right opportunity to make our debut in this dynamic city," said John Davison, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts’ president.
