France visitors warned of fuel restrictions
Holidaymakers to France are being warned of fuel restrictions in some parts of the country.
Industrial action led to blockades of fuel depots late last week, so some authorities imposed fuel purchasing restrictions which led to panic buying.
On Sunday, 820 of the 11,500 petrol stations in France were reportedly out of all fuel and another 800 were lacking at least one type of fuel.
But France’s Prime Minister Manual Valls said the country had enough fuel reserves to tackle the shortage.
The blockades are part of a series of protests against labour reforms by the French Government.
