Fred Olsen revamps website
Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has re-launched its website making it quicker and easier for agents to use.
The new look at www.fredolsencruises.com follows months of in-depth research and a complete re-building exercise.
Agents can now benefit from its improved ‘usability’ which means you can search using departure ports as well as destinations.
It also features a dedicated Travel Agent Centre where trade partners can log on and find out agent-specific information and training modules – in conjunction with the Association of Cruise Experts (ACE)
Nathan Philpot, sales and marketing director for Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, said: "There is an increasing demand amongst agents to obtain more detailed information about our cruises on behalf of their clients.
"Our website is one of our most important sales and research tools for our travel trade partners, so it is crucial that we get it right."
Fred. Olsen’s research involved the trade as well as members of the public, some of whom had never cruised before.
