Fred. Olsen Travel rewards its million-pound sellers
Fred. Olsen Travel has rewarded its top-performing retail staff with a cruise onboard Oceania’s newest ship, Allura.
It is part of an incentive trip to celebrate the sales achievements of its top eight agents in 2024.
The ‘Million Pound Sellers’—agents who individually secured over £1 million in sales last year—were flown to Italy for a luxurious four-night experience onboard Allura, Oceania’s newest addition to its fleet.
The eight agents attending were Emily Jacobs, Madeleine Mayes and Annie Clougherty from the Felixstowe branch; Helen Jordan from the Ipswich branch; Samantha O’Connor from the Lymington branch; Gayle Nicholls from the Worldspan branch; Charlotte Robson from the Westbourne branch; and Nigel Alexander from the Dorchester branch.
Catherine Wassell from the Solent World branch is also a million pound seller but was unable to attend.
The trip was hosted by Paul Hardwick, Director of Retail at Fred. Olsen Travel, and was also attended by Head of Commercial Tracy Clenshaw and Commercial Executive Natasha Chaplin.
The group enjoyed an itinerary featuring Oceania’s culinary experiences, including cooking classes and dining in speciality restaurants Red Ginger and the Polo Grill.
“It was a beautiful ship and the perfect way to celebrate their individual successes from last year, while giving them the opportunity to experience such a wonderful, luxury product,” said Paul Hardwick.
He added, “We’re already seeing results with ‘Ask the Luxury Experts’ events planned in-store, where our million-pound sellers will share their experiences directly with customers.”
This trip forms part of Fred. Olsen Travel’s strategy to reward sales achievements and ensure front-line staff have direct luxury travel product knowledge.
