From Egypt to Indochina: Uniworld’s epic new journey
Uniworld Boutique River Cruises announced an epic new journey on land and water, spanning North Africa and Southeast Asia.
Taking place in January and February 2023 over 43 days, The ‘World’s Most Exotic River and Land Journey’ combines river cruising and luxury touring across Egypt, India and Southeast Asia.
Chris Townson, UK Managing Director at Uniworld Boutique River Cruises said: “We are extremely excited to announce this exclusively for the UK market. It’s the ultimate river and land journey.”
The journey begins in Egypt, combining a total of five nights at the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo, and a week-long cruise aboard the Super Ship Sphinx.
On this itinerary, guests will explore the ancient temples of Karnak, Luxor and Hatshepsut; visit the newly reopened Grand Egyptian Museum and, visit the Valley of the Kings.
Guests will then fly to India’s Golden Triangle and a seven-day Ganges River cruise.
It includes Delhi before travelling to Agra for sunset and sunrise visits to the iconic Taj Mahal.
Then it’s on to Kolkata.
The journey culminates with thirteen days in Southeast Asia, experiencing Vietnam, Cambodia and the Mekong River.
The ‘World’s Most Exotic River and Land Journey” itinerary is inclusive of excursions, scheduled airport transfers, onboard gratuities, and all international and internal flights.
The limited-time-only journey will run from 7 January – 18 February 2023, with international flights departing from London and Manchester.
Prices start from £18,885 per person based on two people sharing, but is available with a 10% early-bird discount (until 31 May or until sold out) from £16,995 per person sharing.
