Frontier Airlines ditches customer service phone line
Frontier Airlines will no longer offer live customer service by phone.
The low cost carrier will only provide customer support by chatbot, a live chat service or via social media.
It ‘enables us to ensure our customers get the information they need as expeditiously as possible,’ Frontier said
It says most customers prefer to interact through online channels.
Low cost rivals Spirit Airlines and Allegiant Airlines are still operating live agent call centers.
