Frontier introduces fare bundling option

Wednesday, 06 Aug, 2015 0

Frontier Airlines, the low cost carrier famous for unbundling virtually all the frills of air travel, is finally venturing into the bundled pricing model.

It is offering  ‘The Works,’ a bundled inclusive package providing one carry-on bag, one checked bag, priority seating and boarding, no change fees  and a full refund if cancelled 24 hours prior to departure.

It is priced from $49 one way and works out 60% cheaper than purchasing the options individually, the airline says.

The Works is only available to book at flyfrontier.com and only at the time of initial booking.

"There are a lot of people that love the unbundled model, but there are still a lot of people that don’t understand it," said Frontier Airlines president Barry Biffle.
