The Get Funded Show to be held at World Travel Market has introduced a podcast library of tips from experts.

Containing interviews with top entrepreneurs as well as major investors, it aims to offer insight and advice for up and coming travel companies.

Topics ranging from innovation to investment, entrepreneurialism to emerging markets are covered.

The first instalment of The Get Funded Show podcast series include talks from Paul Evans, founder of Low Cost Holiday Group; Glenn Fogel, Priceline corporate development senior vice-president, and Nic Brisbourne of venture capital firm DFJ Esprit.

Evans shares his experiences setting up a travel company and the difficulties he faced; Fogel talks through some of his favourite deals in travel as well as his ‘match the market’ advice and Brisbourne dispels some of the rumours about VCs and explains why the outlook is looking brighter. He also offers advice to companies looking for funding.

All three are taking part in The Get Funded Show@World Travel Market organised by EyeforTravel on November 11-12 at London’s ExCeL.

As well as judging, they will be offering one-to-one mentoring to the 24 innovative travel companies taking part.
