These Sustainable Tourism Masterclasses are aimed at helping ministries of tourism, destinations and other tourism players – including OTAs, tour operators, travel agents airlines, railways and other transportation operators achieve sustainable ROI.
The full day masterclasses will be held in central London on 7 November 2014 and Berlin on 3 March 2015 – ideal if you’re attending WTM or ITB. There will be limited opportunities to attend via Skype/other web.

The masterclass format is short informative presentations by specialists followed by discussion – Chatham House rules (reporting of subjects but no reporting of names!)
So that all the important subjects packed into the day can be dealt with fully and satisfactorily and leave time for discussions and networking, the 12 hour intensive masterclass will include lunch, supper, pre and post event information and communication.
Each masterclass is kept to a maximum of 25 participants to provide in depth understanding and discussions of this complex and substantial opportunity.
