Goa seeks help with tourism development
The Government of Goa in India is seeking international consultancies to help develop the state into a world-class tourism destination.
State tourism official Samuel Mathew said Goa "has been doing beach tourism for over 40 years and monotony sets in".
"We are looking for international agencies which can provide us with the consultancy services," he said.
"Goa is a major international tourist destination but the next step required is to make the state into a destination of international class."
