Grab offers airport lounge discount perks to loyalty members
Southeast Asia’s major ride-hailing operator Grab is offering an extra perk for its most frequent riders.
Riders with Silver, Platinum and Gold membership status will be able to get up to half-price admission to a host of airport lounges across Southeast Asia.
Platinum Grab members will get a 55% discount on airport lounge entry at selected facilities in all its markets, including Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Cambodia and Vietnam.
Gold members get 45% off and Silver a 25% discount.
These are airline operated and private business lounges including Plaza Premium Lounges in Singapore, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Phnom Penh and Siem Reap.
In all, it provides discounted access to 68 lounges in 25 airports.
Typical facilities offered include showers, a buffet, private rest areas, Wi-Fi and selected wellness amenities.
Users can access the discount voucher in the GrabRewards menu of the Grab app and pay the discounted rate at the lounge.
Gold and Platinum members can also grab discounts of up to 20% on selected F&B outlets at airports across the region.
