Groople technology to help agents
Groople promises its new and advanced group travel technology will help agents more easily complete often-tedious group bookings.
The company says an easy-to-use agent desktop application allows seamless integration with suppliers, and enables agents to give their customers the most up-to-date pricing.
Groople announced the public launch of what it called “the online travel industry’s most advanced technology for leisure groups.”
Among firsts for the new technology is a platform enabling users to book travel and accommodations for more than five rooms in a single online session.
Groople says it has an inventory of 50,000 hotels, including seven that offer real-time group rates. It says the unmanaged group leisure travel market is an estimated $18 to $24 billion market.
