Grounded AirAsia cabin crew helping out at vaccination centres
With about 90% of AirAsia’s fleet grounded, the airline’s Allstar employees are giving a helping hand at vaccination centres in Greater Kuala Lumpur.
Cabin crew are volunteering to manage crowds coming for a jab at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) and Setia City Convention Centre.
More than 300 AirAsia Allstars have chosen to volunteer at the two centres, which include many flight attendants, as well as engineers, ground crew, office and management staff. The airline expects up to 1000 employees will volunteer over the next few weeks
