Group Getaway Weekend in Bermuda – Culinary Delights
Pink Beach Club, located in picture perfect Tuckers Town on Bermudas south shore is offering a special Culinary Weekend package. From now through April 30th guests staying at the resort can spend four days and three nights learning all about Bermudian cuisine and the wines that best pair with these dishes. The tasty getaway starts at $2,600 for an Ocean Junior Suite, based on double occupancy.
The Culinary Weekend features an escorted excursion with a local fisherman where guests hook their own ‘catch of the day’. Participants will peruse a different local fruit markets each day to select fresh produce. They then take the fruits of their days labor back to the Pink Beach Club and prepare beautiful dishes with instruction on which wine best accompanies each course. And, to feel truly culinary, participants will even be given their own personalized chef’s jacket. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner daily are all included as well as airport transfers, taxes, and resort levies.
When not cooking the participants will enjoy the gourmet cuisine and fine wines served at The Pink Beach Club every evening. The Resort was honored with the Excellence Award by Wine Spectator Magazine in both 2005 and 2006. This award is given annually to restaurants around the World to “recognize a commitment to a fine wine list, with significant selection of better producers along with a thematic match to the menu in both price and style.” A culinary weekend is at the Pink Beach Club is sure to satisfy the palate, invigorate creativity, and ease away stress.
