Former Travel Weekly managing director Trevor Harding is joining the board of independent transfer firm Holiday Taxis as non-executive director.

It is his third non-executive role since retiring from the trade publication last September.

Harding will work with chief executive and founder Paul Stanyer and his team on strategy for the six year-old company.

Stanyer said: “We are delighted to welcome Trevor to the team, with his industry status and 30 years’ experience he’ll be a huge asset to the business and will be an important ambassador for us.
