Hays Travel acquires Midlands agency
Hays Travel is having a banner year for expansion.
It has made its fourth acquisition of the year with Millington Travel joining the group.
Hays inked a deal for full ownership of Millington and its 14 stores across the Midlands.
Each location will continue to trade under the Millington brand name.
“I congratulate Nick Bland and Nigel Armitage on their work to further establish Millington Travel as an exemplary business. Millington Travel is a natural fit for us. We look forward to welcoming their talented people to our Hays Travel family,” said Dame Irene Hays
Nick Bland and Armitage acquired the business in 2005.
The acquisition comes just a week after Hays welcomed the 15 branches of Polka Dot Travel to the Hays agency portfolio.
