Heathrow Express makes two key appointments
Heathrow Express has announced two new senior appointments.
Les Freer becomes director and Sophie Chapman has been appointed head of operations.
Freer replaces Fraser Brown who has joined Heathrow Airport as retail director after four years at Heathrow Express.
He joins from Heathrow Airport where he was head of ground handling, strategy and licencing.
Before his career in transport, Freer served in the marines as part of 40 Commando.
Chapman, who was interim head of customer service at Heathrow Express, previously worked with Eurostar for 22 years, most recently as head of on-board services.
