Hertz names new sales SVP
Hertz Corporation has appointed Dave Myrick as senior vice president of sales for North America.
Reporting to Robert J. Stuart, executive vice president, Global Sales, Myrick will lead sales teams for the company’s car rental brands Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty and Firefly.
He brings more than 30 years experience in sales leadership in the airline industry having previously held senior positions at United Airlines, Northwest Airlines, British Airways and US Airways.
More recently Myrick has served in executive sales in the private jet aviation sector including the position of executive vice president of sales for Jet Edge.
"Dave Myrick has a proven track record in the transformation of sales organizations to achieve profitable sales, revenue and market share expansion while fostering mutually beneficial relationships with business customers," Stuart said.
