Holiday Inn Express responds to customer demands
Holiday Inn Express is planning a number of improvements for next year, in response to demands from customers.
The budget brand of Six Continents Hotels is planning a new breakfast concept, called Express Start, that features a breakfast bar that the company said would provide a quicker service for guests.
The concept will be rolled out from January next year in around 100 US hotels per week, with all 1,200 properties offering Express Start by the end of March.
In January, staff will start wearing new uniforms to make them more clearly identifiable to customers.
Holiday Inn Express said during the past year it had implemented an employee training programme that had resulted in significant improvements in overall guest satisfaction.
