Hotel Revenue Manager – 5 Star Hotel – Sydney CBD
We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join the management team as REVENUE MANAGER.
In this role you propose pricing strategies with the aim of optimising revenue from room sales at the hotel.
Duties include:

To conduct strategic analysis (revenue per available room/ type of period) and competitive intelligence studies

Analyse pricing and marketing guidelines as well as inter-hotel coordination initiatives and check that they are properly applied.

Conduct an annual diagnostic of room sales and establish appropriate guidelines for the year to come

Take part in preparing the hotels marketing plan and budget
-
Ensure that all information and data transmitted and used is completely reliable.
-
Duty Manager shifts as required by the business needs.
Liaising with the Reservations department to meet the department objectives.
You will be either from a similar management position or an experienced Reservations Supervisor with four-star experience within medium sized hotels. A qualification in Hotel Management is desirable. You will be passionate about your work and will have the desire to progress your career in an International company.
