Hotel reward programs proliferating
The latest battleground for hotels: reward programs.
“Priority Club Rewards from Intercontinental Hotels became the world’s largest hotel loyalty program this week, surpassing Marriott Rewards,” said Hotel Travel News.
Magic Resorts Hawaii joined Rewards Network Hotels, one of the richest rewards programs in the industry.
“Starwood has signed a frequent travel partnership with Air China,” the news said. “Fairmont Hotels announced the creation of Fairmont Famous,” designed to reward agents for support.
