Hotels.com unveils a first
Hotels.com has launched what it calls the industry’s first side-by-side property comparisons.
The new site also has features such as enhanced search tools, virtual tours and guest ratings.
“We ask our customers what they want when booking travel, and hotels.com’s new features will not only deliver on their expectations, but exceed them,” said Carl Minto-Sparks, senior vice president of marketing and retail operations.
He said site enhancements include an easier-to-use homepage, a 350-degre in-room hotel experience through virtual tours and extensive information about hotel amenities and features.
Hotels.com also provides a telephone number to call for personal help.
