How green is the travel industry? FTO joins the debate
Federation of Tour Operators director general Andy Cooper is to participate in TravelMole’s green tourism debate.
He joins Responsibletravel.com managing director Justin Francis, lastminute.com travel director John Bevan and David Jones, managing director of industry research company TripVision, as a panellist for the first TravelMole Travel Industry Question Time of 2007 on January 18 in London.
The FTO has been at the forefront of development of thre travel industry response to responsible tourims issues and has recently issued a supplier sustainability handbook and a Sustainability Store one stop shop to meet supplier sustainability needs
TravelMole is drawing together a panel of influential speakers to discuss the travel industry’s sustainable track record, latest green initiatives and how the trade can make improvements.
