HR Manager (Based in Singapore)
Based in one of the business hotels located in Singapore, located in the heart of Singapore’s entertainment hub, our client an experienced HR Manager to act a a strategic partner to all their business units / internal departments.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you are required to work closely with key members of the team, Department Heads to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, i.e. human resource development, human resource management, oversee training and development, including CA / Union negotiations, industrial relations, etc
The Person
- Degree from a recognised University / Institution
- 6 years experience in HR of which the last 2 years must be a HOD role.
- Prior working experience in hospitality, travel, tourism in Asia a must!
- Sound understanding of the local labour laws, regulations and SDF funding etc
- Bilingual in English/Mandarin or at least one other Asian language
- Proven leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to think strategically and indepedently while being a team player.
