Our client is a global leader in providing marketing research information services. With a firm belief that their people are their greatest assets, an opportunity now exists for a solid Director, HR Business Partner to be part of their dynamic team in the Bangkok office. The Role You will be a consultant to business unit management and will work in synergy with the HR shared services. As the subject matter expert, you will set the strategic direction of HR projects and advise key stakeholders on HR related matters. You are commercial savvy, able to navigate the corporate landscape and maintain business -driven HR methodology when working with the business units to provide the best practices in human capital solutions. Your overall agenda is to provide strategic generalist support and initiatives to the business.
The Candidate A recognized university degree. At least 10-12 years of solid HR experience. Possess an international outlook and cross-cultural experience within Multinational organizations. Strong understanding of HR functions, organizational effectiveness theories with a proven ability in translating theories into practical action. Strong consulting, negotiation and facilitation skills Strong relationship management and influencing skills Excellent communication skills and highly service oriented Project management skills Must be able to speak fluent English and Thai Please email your updated resume in WORD format to [email protected].
