Industry shares slip back
There were mainly small, downward movements for travel and tourism shares yesterday as London’s main equity indices pushed ahead.
The FTSE 100 index added 42.4 points to close at 4776.9, while the FTSE gained a similar amount – 40 points – to end the day at 6535.7.
