Instaroom opens Asia office in Singapore
AI-powered messaging platform Instaroom has rolled out a new artificial intelligence FAQ bot for hotels, and has announced expansion into Asia.
The company opened a new office in the heart of Singapore’s CBD which will serve as a sales and marketing headquarters for Asia Pacific.
An APAC location will better meet the needs of the local Asia market, the company says.
There is an increasing demand for Instaroom’s technology across the region.
Instaroom’s new FAQ Bot has been tested at various hotels including Desa Visesa Ubud in Bali, and can be integrated into a hotel’s homepage.
The company says it reduces incoming inquiries by up to 40%, cutting down on inbound emails or phone calls for hotels.
It now comes with premium subscriptions.
"Every day hoteliers are answering the same questions over and over again. Thousands of employee hours are being wasted. We’ve designed an intelligent bot that customers can interact with on a hotel’s website and our beta results show that nearly 50% of visitors are using the widgets.,"said Niklas Pettersson, Co-founder and CEO of Instaroom.
Instaroom offers a fully integrated concierge platform that includes a website and mobile widget, analytics tools, payments and messaging across multiple channels.
