Integra’s Sally Martin to Rep Norfolk Island
Norfolk Island Tourism has appointed Integra Tourism Marketing’s Sally Martin to a dedicated sales role as part of a major repositioning strategy in the Australian market.
NIT General Manager Steve McInnes said Ms Martin would work with travel agents to run breakfast seminars and consumer evenings, assist with shop front displays and organise training programs.
“Norfolk Island has not had an in-market presence for almost 10 years, and we believe that the contacts and experience that Sally gained from running a specialist agents program for the Canadian Tourism Commission will bode well for us,” he added.
Ms Martin said she had a suitcase full of Introduction to Norfolk Island DVDs available for interested agents, adding:
“Many agents see Norfolk Island as a mature age market, but it’s much more than that and I particularly want agents specialising in families, singles and the adventure market to consider working with us.”
Any agent requiring the Introduction to Norfolk Island DVD can contact Sally Martin on 02 9959 4277 or at [email protected].
