Intrepid joins TIPTO
Intrepid Travel is hoping to build on its recent growth through independent agents by joining TIPTO – the Truly Independent Professional Travel Organisation.
Intrepid Travel UK and Europe managing director Michael Edwards said: "We have seen fantastic growth through independent agents this year and joining TIPTO is the next logical step for us.
"As a newly-independent business, the trade is key to our success and TIPTO membership will give us the opportunity to engage independent agents even further.
"We’re excited about helping agents take a slice of the fast-growing and lucrative adventure travel sector."
TIPTO chairman Zena Hill said Intrepid Travel fits well into the TIPTO network, which is now in its 17th year.
"As expert travel providers who specialise in small groups and adventurous, authentic, travel they will fit into our varied supplier network easily offering our independent agents the opportunity to expand their skills," she said.
