ITC opens Norwich office
ITC Luxury Travel Group has opened an office in Norwich in a bid to forge stronger relationships with travel agents and trade partners in the East of England.
ITC, which includes tour operators ITC Luxury Travel, Western & Oriental, Rainbow Tours, Regent Holidays and Villa Select, will use the office as a base from which to increase agency visits and host events for agents and suppliers in the East Anglia region.
The group said the office, on Cattle Market Street, will be staffed by two of Western & Oriental’s ‘most-established’ sales team members – Chairman’s Club account manager Tom Cloherty and European sales account manager Neil Sutton.
Both sell almost entirely through the trade.
ITC already has offices and staff in London, Bristol, Warwickshire and Chester.
"Tom and Neil have built up a very loyal base of agents over their years with Western & Oriental," said ITC Lee Marshall, trade sales director.
"I’m continually impressed by the positive feedback we receive on their expertise, so we’re excited to unleash their brilliance on the East of England."
