Jet2 adds Crete flights from East Midlands
Jet2 is launching new flights and holidays to Chania, Crete from its East Midlands Airport starting next summer.
Weekly Tuesday flights will launch seasonally from 26 May 2026 to 27 October 2026.
Jet2 already operates flights to nine other Greek destinations from East Midlands Airport.
These include Corfu, Heraklion (Crete), Kefalonia, Kos, Preveza, Rhodes, Skiathos, Thessaloniki and Zante.
In total, Jet2 will have 43 destinations on sale from East Midlands Airport for summer 2026.
They include Agadir, Costa de Almeria, Pula, Preveza, Thessaloniki and Split, which are also new for next year and already announced.
Jet2 CEO Steve Heapy said: “Next summer will be our biggest ever programme from East Midlands Airport. We are delighted to be offering the chance for customers to explore this area of Crete for the very first time.”
