Jet2 scraps Bournemouth routes for summer 2026
Jet2 is dropping several planned new routes at Bournemouth Airport for summer 2026.
Five routes due to launch next summer have been dropped.
It has ‘taken the decision to withdraw services to Malaga, Dubrovnik, Jersey, Reus and Verona for summer 2026’ the airline said.
It comes just a few months since Jet2 began flying from Bournemouth Airport.
Customers on the affected flights will receive a full refund.
It has two aircraft based there and had plans to increase this to three in 2026.
“We are continually reviewing our flying programme and will adjust where required. This gives us the ability to add flights and holidays in response to demand, and very occasionally we may withdraw flights too.”
Despite this Jet2 says it still had a ‘fantastic programme of services on sale from Bournemouth Airport.’
