Jetset Travelworld agents free to chatter

Tuesday, 22 Jul, 2010 0

The Jetset Travelworld Group has launched its new Sabre-powered online community, known as ‘Chatterbox’, making it the first retail agency group to introduce an online community for its network agents in Australia.

Powered by Sabre’s online, secure community platform ‘cubeless’, Chatterbox is available to all Jetset Travelworld retail travel agency members regardless of which GDS they are using.

Richard Morgan, general manager – sales, marketing and product of Sabre Pacific, says that Chatterbox will change the way agents do business by encouraging them to learn from one another, discover and leverage hidden expertise across the business, and support one another as a community.

“Chatterbox was designed by Sabre to allow Jetset Travelworld to tap into the collective intelligence of its network of travel experts,” Morgan said.

“In a cubeless community, members can share their skills, expertise and knowledge to help others work more efficiently and effectively.”
