Jo Rzymowska joins Hays Travel as a non-executive director
Travel leader Jo Rzymowska has joined the Hays Travel board as a non-executive director.
Jo, a highly respected business leader, is known for a passion to drive greater diversity and inclusion in the industry.
When she stepped down from Celebrity Cruises in July 2023, she said she did not intend to retire.
Dame Irene Hays said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Jo to our board.”
“She will contribute and challenge in equal measure areas of our business.”
Rzymowska said; “Hays Travel stands for so many things I admire, with a vision that connects profitability with purpose and puts the customer first.
“As a passionate advocate for developing talent, I am impressed by Hays Travel’s drive to empower its employees.”

She takes up her role as a non-executive on the Hays Travel board from today.
