Sponsored by Allotz.com, it should a terrific interlude to the fist day of the Summit.
With over 650 attendees, 20+ technology and software solution exhibitors and 11 dedicated hours of networking, the Travel Distribution Summit Asia is the largest regional event of its kind.
Reece Gladstone, the event director, announced that he was delighted with the unparalleled growth of the show
“With so many satisfied customers after last year’s show, we are delighted at the high number of people returning for another APAC Travel Industry update given by the key industry players. We already have a far greater number of attendees and the bookings will continue furiously for another 3 weeks.”
A large number of travel suppliers feature in the speaker line-up and include the likes of Shangri-La, Asia-Air X, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Air Deccan, Venetian Macau and Millenium Copthorne Hotels to name a few.
“We are expecting over 700 visitors”, says Gladstone, “the vast number of whom will be travel distribution decision-makers. We had feedback last year that it had the best networking to deals-done ratio of any travel event in the region.”
The summit is made up of three individual conferences on Revenue Management, Distribution Technology and Travel Distribution and incorporates a raft of free workshops. In addition there are numerous social networking events, speed networking plus the Asia Travel Web Awards.
Nominations for the awards have now closed.
